Due to the artisanal, made-to-order nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or minor variations in colour, texture, or pattern. These natural variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade batik.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in crafting, inspecting, and packaging every order. However, if your item arrives:

Conditions for Approval

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
